In a Pricing Update on BNSF's website this afternoon,
BNSF announced 1Q and 2Q Northern and Southern Wheat and Flour rate increases.

Increases will be twofold increasing on January 1 as well as some additional increases on February 1, March 1 or April 1, 2008.
Export Rates to St Louis and the Gulf will both see increases as well as most destinations eastbound beyond Minneapolis
They are not announcing PNW Export rates for the time being.
The increases range between 2 and 6 cents per bushel.
